Project status, acceptance, and eligibility
NoDirtyCoins is a brand used for an independently operated early-access project and is not presented as the name of an incorporated company. These public Terms cover the website and free or invited early access. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use the service. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
What the service does
The service accepts a public wallet address or transaction hash and organises available third-party blockchain-intelligence data into an AML/KYT risk snapshot. A result may include a Check ID, risk score or grade, categories, attributed entities, exposure paths, contextual explanations, and a report link available at the time of the check.
Limits of a result
A result is probabilistic, time-sensitive, and dependent on upstream data. It does not verify wallet ownership, certify funds as legal or safe, guarantee exchange acceptance, identify every risk, or decide whether you should transact. You remain responsible for assessing purpose, counterparty, amount, timing, source of funds, and applicable law.
Your responsibilities
Submit only public identifiers that you are entitled and legally permitted to analyse. Keep your Telegram and payment accounts secure, review each result before acting, and provide accurate information. Never submit a seed phrase, private key, password, identity document, or unnecessary personal data about another person.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, sanctions evasion, harassment, discrimination, unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, interference, excessive automated requests, or resale outside a written plan. We may restrict activity that threatens users, the service, Telegram, providers, or blockchain networks.
Third-party services and data
The service relies on Telegram, Vercel, Web3Forms for website support requests, Cloudflare Turnstile, blockchain networks, external intelligence providers, and, where offered, payment providers such as CryptoCloud. Their availability, data, labels, security, and terms are outside our full control. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply to their services.
Pricing, purchases, and refunds
Public pricing is informational and does not by itself form a paid contract. Before accepting payment, the applicable offer or checkout must identify the seller or responsible operator, total price, included checks, supported networks, validity, payment method, and refund or cancellation terms. Unless expressly stated, prepaid packs do not renew automatically. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content, results, and intellectual property
You retain rights in information you lawfully submit. You permit its processing only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. The NoDirtyCoins brand, site, bot, interface, methodology, explanatory content, software, and visual assets remain protected. You may use your result internally for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or present the service as your own without permission.
Availability, changes, and suspension
Early access may contain errors and change without a fixed service level. We may add or remove networks or features, change limits or pricing, suspend abusive or unlawful use, or discontinue the service. Where practical, material changes will be communicated on the site or through Telegram.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for trading decisions, blocked or frozen funds, lost opportunities, third-party actions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by reliance on a result or service interruption. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively where required. Contact Support first with a complaint. Mandatory law and jurisdiction rules in your location continue to apply. Any paid or jurisdiction-specific offer must identify the contracting seller and applicable dispute terms before you pay; until then, do not treat public pricing as a binding offer.
